Where to shop online for green beauty products

Green beauty products become more and more popular these days and the number of new green brands grows. However, the market is still dominated by non-clean brands and it’s not easy to find natural cosmetics in shops. Thankfully, there is a lot of great online shops offering a full range of green beauty products – I find online shopping really convenient, because I can check products’ reviews, compare with others and find the best deal. Also, when I’m in the shop, I tend to grab some items quickly, not giving the purchase a thought because I’m in the rush. When it comes to online shopping, I usually bookmark a product first and think whether it’s worth buying or not. Anyway, let me introduce three of my favourite online shopping destinations to you! 1. Naturisimo We love Naturisimo – it offers free worldwide shipping, the range of products is fantastic and – what is really cool – you can order samples before making a purchase. To get a discount, use SUMMER -10% code at the checkout …

Courgette pasta with spicy avocado sauce

Courgettes have recently become my new love and I really enjoy replacing pasta dishes with them. Thanks to that I no longer feel tired and lethargic after the meal. What are the benefits of eating courgettes? They are rich in magnesium and potassium, helping balance the blood pressure, and also the immune system boosting vitamin C. If you are watching your weight, you may want to know that courgettes have a high water content and are very low in calories. One more reason to get a bunch of these and include them in your diet! Substituting pasta with courgettes is very simple; you can eat it raw or slightly steamed, and add various sauces to it. Even though I have been making this pasta for a while now, I can’t believe that I still haven’t got around to buying a vegetable spiralizer to be able to make spaghetti! Oh well, for those of you who are the lucky owners of one, use that. Those of you who are like me and don’t own a spiralizer, …

Raw chocolate and chia seeds power bites

I can’t live without chocolate so having learned to make my own raw treats has been a breakthrough for me last month! And so much better on my pocket 🙂 Do you know that feeling when you are at work and it approaches about 4pm, and you need a little treat to pick you up? I definitely do and my go-to treat has recently been a Nakd raw bar. They are yummy, however I want to know exactly what’s in my food if I eat it regularly and ‘natural flavouring’ always worries me, as I don’t know what companies mean by that! Why can’t they just say exactly which flavouring they used? One of my first attempts at making raw treats were delicious Chocolate Orange Cookies from nutriliciousliving blog. They came out so yummy and full of natural flavour! Since then, I became addicted to testing my own recipes and replacing store bought treats with homemade. I decided to create energy bites, with raw cocoa (my favourite), maca and chia seeds to provide me with …
