Hey there! I’m Ewelina and I’m currently training as a Naturopathic Nutritionist at the College of Naturopathic Medicine in London.
I am a foodie and believe that there are so many amazing foods around us that I want to focus on what’s worth introducing to your diet rather than what you should avoid or exclude. Health is a result of what you do every day and I would love to support you in eating well, moving a little more and be the best version of yourself.
I write about healthy lifestyle, including recipes, product recommendations and lifestyle tips. I don’t follow a diet and I focus on foods which are nutritious for the body; therefore my blog is aimed at readers of various dietary interests. The content is for informational purposes only and does not provide a medical advice. If you have any concerns, please speak to a qualified medical professional.
I also test and write about natural beauty products. All products featured on my blog have been tested by me and all opinions are based on my personal experience. Remember that what works for me might not work for you so consider the product and its properties before purchasing.
At present, I don’t write about conscious and ethical fashion brands. I might include some articles, which talk about my support of slow fashion, and buying quality clothes that are made to last as opposed to following the ever-changing trends.
Where a product has been gifted to me for a review, this will be clearly stated in the post, or marked with an asterix “*”. If I review a PR sample, you can expect my honest opinion of this product based on my experience. Please remember that I avoid food and beauty products with ingredients that may be harmful and are not truly of natural origin; therefore such samples would most probably not be tested or reviewed by me.
