Matcha oat pancakes

As my obsession with matcha continues I have recently developed a brand new one – pancakes 😉

I started with the simple banana and egg pancakes but then I started adding my own touches to it and so far this recipe I am about to share with you is my absolute favorite <3

Ingredients; 

4 tablespoons of rolled oats

1/4 cup of almond milk

1/2 teaspoon of matcha powder

1 egg

1 tablespoon of coconut flour

If you would like to add a little bit more sweetness to it I could recommend a ripe banana or half teaspoon of coconut palm sugar 😉

Preparation;

Mix together oats and almond milk and leave in the fridge (min 20 minutes)

Add rest of the ingredients and fry like normal pancakes (preferably using coconut oil)

Tip;

When adding matcha powder to the mix, I would recommend to first stir it in with a tiny bit of boiled water so that it mixes nicely with the pancake mix 😉
