Matcha oat pancakes

As my obsession with matcha continues I have recently developed a brand new one – pancakes 😉 I started with the simple banana and egg pancakes but then I started adding my own touches to it and so far this recipe I am about to share with you is my absolute favorite <3 Ingredients;  4 tablespoons of rolled oats 1/4 cup of almond milk 1/2 teaspoon of matcha powder 1 egg 1 tablespoon of coconut flour If you would like to add a little bit more sweetness to it I could recommend a ripe banana or half teaspoon of coconut palm sugar 😉 Preparation; Mix together oats and almond milk and leave in the fridge (min 20 minutes) Add rest of the ingredients and fry like normal pancakes (preferably using coconut oil) Tip; When adding matcha powder to the mix, I would recommend to first stir it in with a tiny bit of boiled water so that it mixes nicely with the pancake mix 😉      

Nicer ice cream- nice cream!

As the sun decided to come out today in London my cravings decided to target ice cream… As much as I love Ben&Jerry’s cookie dough I love my thin (ish) waist more so nice cream it is! I don’t think many of you know how easy and delicious these things are and the only way to find out is to make them yourself;)   Ingredients; 2 frozen bananas 1 1/2 teaspoon of almond butter 1/4 cup of coconut water Preparation; Place everything in a blender and mix until smooth (yes, that’s all!;)) Let me know how you like them;) Love, Mags Xx

Cereal bars

You know that moment when you are craving a sweet snack and there is nothing at home that can satisfy it…it’s common, right? The other day it hit me hard so I opened a cupboard and there was nothing but seeds and nuts and that didn’t appeal to me as much… Little did I know that after combining everything I had in a  blender I will end up with like the most amazing CEREAL BARS ever! Anyway, let me share with you this little piece of heaven and do let me know if you made it yourself and how amazing it was 😉   Ingredients; 200g pitted dates (I used 100g dates and 100g figs) 84g honey 64g almond butter 112g unsalted almonds 135g rolled oats And then use your imagination and add little bit of anything you want: choc chips, dried fruit (like berries) or a banana.   Preparation: Process dates and figs in a food blender until it forms dough like consistency. Hi guys, we are back with some more recipes for you and we will try and give you some tasty ones at least twice a week now so stay tuned!;) I really used to hate porridge, my mum used to force me to have it every morning with some raisins (which I really hate) and it was haunting me until my adult life. Ever since I started my healthy living journey, I kept hearing and reading about oats and how good they are for you. Full of antioxidants, fiber, vitamins and minerals, what more can you ask for?!   Trainers, runners, kicks, sneakers it doesn’t matter how you call them I love them all and I want them all. I wish for them for every birthday from friends, every pay day I get a pair and sometimes when I’m feeling sad it makes me feel better to just go to Office or Footlocker and browse (yes, I know how sad it sounds).
